Development of the first 5-star hotel.
Construction of a 5-star hotel of 100 rooms that could be operated by a national or international chain.
This hotel would be the first establishment of this category in the province. It would count with a privileged location, as the available premises for this project are located in the proximities of the complex that is destined to events; congresses; and conventions.
The Project contributes to enhance the accommodation offer of this category in the province.
The City of La Rioja, Capital City of the province, has an airport with authorized air frequencies. Its location turns it into a passing point towards Pircas Negras Transboundary Crossing connecting Argentina with Chile. By land it is accessed by National Route 38 and National Route 75.
From this city the most relevant natural attractions of the province can be accessed.
It is associated to Valleys, Gorges and Yungas Natural Route, with landscapes full of contrasts, cradle of ancestral traditions, land of Pachamama, uniting the Quebrada de Humahuaca or the Calchaquíes Valleys with the Yungas jungle, crossing scenic routes and historic towns.

Aimed to tourists; business travelers and congress and convention attendees.

Fiscal land owned by the province of La Rioja. It must define the modality and characteristics of land adjudication.
Nature tourism; cultural tourism; and MICE tourism.
Talampaya National Park; Ischigualasto Provincial Park.
Strengthen the offer of the City of La Rioja so as to articulate with products from The Valleys, Gorges and Yungas Route; the Deserts and Volcanoes Route and the High Andes Route.
