Construction of accommodation with lodge/country house design of 5 independent units with dorm style; and a camping of 30 plots with services; indoor and outdoor multipurpose spaces; and a restaurant with coffee service. It will count with a capacity of up to 54 people in the lodge and 120 in the camping.
The execution of this project will enable to enhance the accommodation offer within the Plains corridor and will act as base for the carrying out of tourism and recreative nature activities such as flora and fauna watching; condor watching; hiking; horse riding; paragliding; and sport fishing.
From La Rioja Capital City, it is accessed by National Route 38 towards Punta de los Llanos on the south, and then by Provincial Route 29 up to Tama locality, where through a land road of 2o Km Pacatala spot is accessed.
This region is part of the La Rioja’s Warlords Route, a historical journey where a series of sites that recall Facundo Quiroga and Chacho Peñaloza La Rioja’s Warlords are found.
It is associated to the Deserts and Volcanoes Natural Route, with memorable landscapes, with deserts; volcano fields; raging rivers through impressive canyons and dunes among the great attractions of the region that includes national and provincial parks, archeological and paleontological sites and part of the emblematic National Route 40.
