The complex is located 50 Km away from the City of Mendoza, in the Cacheuta region on Provincial Route 82, over a terrain of provincial domain having a surface of 2 hectares.
It counts with 16 buildings to be intervened for its exploitation. The characteristics of the site would enable the development of new gastronomy and lodging offers; as well as adventure tourism activities on the corridor of Provincial Route 82.
It is strategically located on Provincial Route 82 that connects with the High Mountain Route towards Puente del Inca; the Aconcagua Provincial Park; and the connection with Chile.
It is part of the High Andes Natural Route that goes through part of the Andes Mountain Range and attracts climbers and mountaineers from all over the world every year. Furthermore, it offers countless experiences for traditional travelers, going across roads of great beauty in which nature merges with history and culture. It is characterized mainly by wine tourism; snow; adventure tourism and astronomic tourism; among others.
