It is accessed by National Route 7, international corridor connecting Argentina and Chile. It is strategically located as base for operations to Aconcagua and as a development hub of this corridor.
Puente del Inca is a natural bridge over Cuevas River formed million years ago as effect of the thermal waters conferring it orange; yellow and ochre tonalities. It is part of the “Qhapac Ñan” Andean Road system or Inca Road, and it has been declared as World Heritage by UNESCO. It is 2 Km away from Aconcagua Provincial Park.
Associated to the High Andes Natural Route, from the city of Mendoza the High Mountain Route (National Route 7) that goes through Puente del Inca and Aconcagua Provincial Park is accessed.
