To develop different tourism products in the 600 hectares that are part of the Iryapú Forest Master Plan (Decree 1628/04).
Projects can be related to 3, 4 and 5 star hotels, theme parks or gastronomy. The area counts with basic infrastructure such as road network, electricity, sewage drains, safe water network, phone and internet services. Four native communities from the Mbya Guaraní ethnic group inhabit the zone. In order to settle in the zone certain requisites must be fulfilled: to be compatible with environment, to guarantee natural and landscape conditions of the area with a minimum intervention on the site’s surface valuing the forest setting.
Strategic location within National Route 12 corridor, enabling international access from Brazil and Paraguay. Iryapú Forest gathers excellent conditions for the development of tourism businesses, embedded in a forest environment, close to Iguazú National Park declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, being one of the most visited destinations in Argentina. Iguazú National Park protects more than 50,000 hectares of Paranaense forest and assembles the greatest biodiversity in Argentina. Its main attraction is the Cataratas del Iguazú with more than 250 waterfalls and cascades in the border with Brazil, being the most famous and awesome among them the Garganta del Diablo. Associated to Misiones Forest natural Route, standing Puerto Iguazú as the main gateway, and starting or final point of different circuits connecting more than one attractions.
Tourism accommodation, gastronomy, and theme Parks.
It will depend on the project to be carried out, especially in the case of accommodation developments it will change according to the target public depending on the hotel category (3, 4 or 5 stars).

Project idea. Those interested investors must submit a descriptive technical memory of the proposal (preliminary architectural project; work’s preliminary environmental impact study).
Land sale. Those interested on the project must present an assets and debts statement, any other additional documents proving their economic and financial solvency to carry out the intended investment; evidence provable experience on the tourism field, by themselves or thought any commercial or personal linkage to companies of the tourism field; constitute an enterprise in Argentina; among others. Proposal submit will be subject to formal evaluation stablished mechanisms. if approved, the offeror will be granted a Land Occupation Permit, for a maximum term of 24 months. Once the Works reach a 30% level of advance, with a finished stage, and in conditions to be authorized, the sell and deed processes in favor of the investor will be started.
