Development of a thermal town for tourism and real state purposes. It offers diverse experiences including thermal water Spa services, adventure tourism services such as skiing, astronomical tourism, high wine cellars, trout breeding site and fauna watching spots, among others.
The projects, which started in 2006, includes the exploitation of a Premium category hotel with 70 beds, the supply of services related to adventure and experiential tourism, the construction and commercialization of 98 houses in a 1,500 square meters area and the possible development of other businesses such as high-performance horses breeding, training and sell, and the manufacture of regional products made of llama’s wool.
It is located 98 km away from Agua Negra international crossing, in the Coquimbo (Chile) – Porto Alegre (Brasil) bi-oceanic corridor. It counts with a strategic location due to its closeness to Chile and to the possibility of generating bi-national tourism corridors enabling foreign tourist transit. It is positioned within the high andes route that traverses part of the Andes Mountain Range attracting climbers and mountaineers from all over the world every year. Moreover, it offers uncountable experiences for traditional travellers, going through tracks of great beauty in which nature merges with our history and culture.
